Great stuff! How do you make ice cream look so realistic? Also-awesome caning. Fruit caning is something I want to learn!

the caning was really a tough task. my thumb was swollen for a day after finishing all the fruit canes. :D as for the ice cream... i simply kneaded the clay with starch. it makes the texture dry, so if you rub the surface it breaks easily. :) i hope that info helps. ;)

hey i saw that in your profile. they all look great. how did you make your ice cream? :) for the waffle, i only used a square-tipped stick to puncture the clay, it was quite tedious though. i don't have any waffle mould, that's why... i'm looking for one actually. :D
